We, as a reinforced concrete manufacturer, have been successfully cooperating with YIT Latvija, for many years, and within the framework of this cooperation we have completed another important project - a 72-apartment residential building in Riga, Liepājas Street - "Grafīts". The cooperation established over the years has made it possible to effectively solve any project challenges and ensure the highest quality result. Successful cooperation is based on a mutual understanding of the processes both in production and during assembly on the construction site, as well as responsiveness from both sides, which has helped to achieve the project's goals.
We supplied reinforced concrete elements, from our Salaspils factory, including sandwich-type facade walls with relief pattern elements, partitions, covers, stairs and other elements. Our reinforced concrete solutions ensure efficient assembly, reducing the duration of the construction cycle and guaranteeing the highest quality thanks to the production process in a controlled environment.
After concluding this successful project, we continue to work on the next ones - the work does not stop! We look forward to further cooperation, new opportunities and challenges for joint projects.
